Simple terms, clearly stated.
The ground rules for working with RGI Media.
1. About these terms
By using our website or our services, you agree to these terms. RGI Media ("we", "us") provides WhatsApp and AI-based patient communication systems for dental practices. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
2. Our services
We set up and manage systems that help your practice respond to enquiries, book appointments, send reminders, follow up on missed visits and recall patients. The exact scope, timeline and price are agreed with you in writing before we start.
3. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate and up-to-date information about your practice.
- Make sure your patients have agreed to be contacted on WhatsApp, and honour opt-outs.
- Follow applicable laws and the rules of the platforms we use, including WhatsApp.
- Keep any logins or access you share with us secure.
4. Patient data and privacy
Patient data belongs to your clinic. We use it only to deliver the agreed services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Fees and payment
Fees are set out in your proposal or agreement. Charges from third-party platforms, such as WhatsApp messaging fees, may apply and will be explained to you upfront. Invoices are due by the date stated on them.
6. No guarantee of results
We work hard to improve how your practice responds to and follows up with patients, but we cannot guarantee specific results, such as a number of bookings or patients.
7. Third-party platforms
Our systems depend on platforms like WhatsApp (Meta) and calendar tools. We don't control them, and their rules, approvals, pricing or availability may change.
8. Not medical advice
Our systems handle communication and scheduling only. They do not diagnose or give medical advice. All clinical decisions stay with your dentist.
9. Confidentiality
We keep your business and patient information confidential and do not share it except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.
10. Ownership
You keep ownership of your data, brand and content. We keep ownership of our methods, templates and know-how.
11. Ending the service
Unless your agreement says otherwise, either of us can end the service with 30 days' written notice. We will return or delete your data on request, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
12. Limit of liability
Our services are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of India.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. Questions? Write to contact@thergimedia.com.
